   Brittany's in the Show Ring   


Since 1997 Brittanys have had Championship status i.e. the Breed has Kennel Club Challenge Certificates awarded. In 1997 there were 5 sets of Challenge Certificates and for 1998 seven sets were on offer. It has now risen to fourteen sets, and it is arguably too great a transition, too quickly.

The Kennel Club has details of all Canine Societies holding shows and will be glad to help if you need a list of those in your area. They also have details of Ring-craft Training classes – an essential if you want to train yourself and your dog!

Details of the Shows for this year with Brittany classes should be available from the Committee member in your area.
