Time: Meet at 08:45 for starting at 09:15
Venue: Courtesy of Mr & Mrs Onens, New Farm, Norton, nr Evesham.

Please use CURRENT BCGB entry form (.doc format), post to address of Field Trial Secretary as soon as possible and/or e-mail entry but post cheque not cash.

During Postal disruption due to strikes by Royal Mail etc Please use entry form from BCGB web site and e-mail or fax (01600890284) entry and pay cheque.

Draw, at the address of the BCGB FT Secretary. Results will be notified on the internet except when the entrant encloses an addressed envelope, with prepaid postage.(Suggest 1st class).

Directions: will be provided to the entrants, by e-mail or please send Stamped Addressed Envelope.

The BCGB, Officials, and the Hosts of the event will not accept liability for any accident, damage, illness or injury to dogs, Hosts, handlers, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

Should circumstances so dictate the BCGB, in consultation with the Host, may alter arrangements as necessary.

The BCGB reserve the right to refuse any entry.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. The society may reserve to itself the right to refuse any entry.
  2. Allow the substitution of dogs.
  3. If entries or nominations exceed the number of permitted runners, the right to compete in the day shall be decided by ballot.
  4. Should circumstances so dictate the Society, in consultation with the Host, may alter arrangements as necessary?
  5. DOGS IN CARS ON HOT DAYS
    Your dog is vulnerable and AT RISK if left in a vehicle in high temperatures and even on days considered as slightly warm.  Please take care of your dog.
    If your dog is found to be at risk forcible entry to your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damage caused.
  6. Welfare of Dogs
    Hosts should take all reasonable steps to ensure the needs of their dog(s) are met, and should not knowingly put their dogs’ health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omission or otherwise.
  7. Videography and photography will only be permitted with the express permission of the BCGB and the host.
